So, these are ridiculously good:

Crisp Salted Oatmeal White Chocolate Cookies.

I only had white chocolate chips in the house -- the horror! -- so I used them instead of fancy good chocolate. But as Josh hasn't stopped eating them since I took 'em out of the oven, I haven't heard any complaints.

This is also excellent*, though I suspect I'll be the only one to eat it, since SOMEONE "refuses to eat things with tails". (I've never seen him turn down shrimp, but whatever. More for me.)

I always eat so much better on days off.

And by better, I mean More Deliciously.

*I used cheddar, though, and more than doubled it. And asiago instead of the parmesan, since that's what was in the fridge.
